    Dodgers, Tsao finalize 1-year deal (AP)

    The Los Angeles Dodgers finalized a one-year contract Monday with reliever Chin-hui Tsao, the Taiwanese right-hander plagued by arm injuries throughout his brief career with the Colorado Rockies. Tsao and the Dodgers agreed to terms on Jan. 18, pending a physical, and he was added to Los Angeles’ 40-man roster on Monday.
